Vibration dampers work to cancel damaging fatigue caused by wind-induced vibration. Most tuned damping devices operate best near their natural frequencies. GL FIBER vibration dampers are designed for efficient transfer and dissipation of energy over a wide spectrum of frequencies. They feature all aluminum clamp construction to match expansion/contraction of conductor and break-away bolts for easy installation and proper torque.

OPGW Tension Clamps/Dead-end Fittings-This product is used for the connection between OPGW cable and tension-resistant tower in the erection of OPGW cable line.

OPGW Junction box is mainly used for protecting the fiber optic junction between two cables and reserve a section of fiber optic for maintenance in the box. The box has good leakproofness, anti-water and damp-proof feature and can not corroded in the power line.

OPGW optical cable will be hung in the transmission line towers. Clamp can reduce the cable hanging points in the static stress, enhance the ability of cable vibration, the dynamic vibration suppression of wind stress; and keep the cable bending does not exceed allowable values, so that bending stress fiber cloth produced. After installation of the cable clamp, does not produce harmful stress concentration, fiber does not produce additional loss.

The formed wire suspension is for use on optical ground wire (OPGW) cables. Available with single or double suspensions.

Cable Storage Assembly is used in collecting reserved optical cable on the connecting tower or pole ,on strain tower or pole generally. GL FIBER offers two coil brackets for slack storage of ADSS and OPGW fiber optic cable.

Downlead clamps are used to guide optical ground wire (OPGW) from the top of the structure to the splice box. GL FIBER’s downlead clamps install easily, provide proper spacing and hold strength without damage to the cable.
