AACSR es un conductor concéntricamente trenzado compuesto por una o más capas de alambre de aleación de aluminio-magnesio-silicio trenzado alrededor de un núcleo de acero recubierto de alta resistencia. Descripciones

AACSR es un conductor concéntricamente trenzado compuesto por una o más capas de alambre de aleación de aluminio-magnesio-silicio trenzado alrededor de un núcleo de acero recubierto de alta resistencia.

El núcleo puede ser de un solo cable o de múltiples cables trenzados. La protección adicional contra la corrosión está disponible mediante la aplicación de grasa al núcleo o la infusión del cable completo con grasa.

Aplicaciones

Utilizado como conductor desnudo de la transmisión de arriba y como conductor primario y secundario de la distribución y ayuda del mensajero. Conductores de ACSR donde los alambres de aluminio se substituyen por el material de alta resistencia de la aleación de aluminio.

Estos conductores de súper alta resistencia se utilizan en cruces de ríos o para aplicaciones de largo alcance donde el conductor ACSR tradicional no funcionará.

Especificaciones

• Concéntricos del alambre redondo del IEC 61089 ponen los conductores trenzados eléctricos de arriba
• Concéntricos redondos del alambre de la B711-2018 de ASTM ponen los conductores trenzados eléctricos de arriba
• Concéntricos redondos del alambre de GB/T 1179 ponen los conductores trenzados eléctricos de arriba
