The structure of GYFTY63 optical fiber cable 250µm fiber is positioned in a loose tube made of high modulus material, and the loose tube is filled with waterproof compound. The center of the cable core is a metallic Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP),for some cores fiber cable, a layer of polyethylene (PE) needs to be extruded outside the metallic central strength member. The tubes (and filling rope) is stranded around the central reinforcing core to form a compact and circular cable core. The gaps in the cable core are filled with water-blocking fillers, and a layer of polyethylene (PE) inner sheath is extruded. After the glass yarns covered over the inner sheath, the cable is completed with a PE outer sheath.

GYFTY63 Single Jacket None Metallic optical fiber cable are designed to provide high fiber counts with the flexibility and versatility required for today's most demanding installations, including duct and underground conduit.


Product Construction:

Fiber: 2-288 fibers loose tube gel-filled
Central Strength Member: FRP (Fiber reinforce plastic)
Armor: Corrugated steel tape
Inner Sheath: Black UV and moisture-resistant polyethylene (PE).

Outer Sheath: Black UV and moisture-resistant polyethylene (PE).

Characteristics:

1. Non-metal reinforcement and layer design ensure that the cable has good mechanical and temperature characteristics.
2. The casing is filled with buffer grease to protect the optical fiber and waterproof.
3. High-strength non-metallic reinforcement and glass yarn bear axial load.
4. The cable core filled with water blocking ointment can effectively waterproof.
5. It can effectively prevent rats from breaking the cable.

Packing and Marking

Each single length of cable shall be reeled on Fumigated Wooden Drum
Covered by plastic buffer sheet
Sealed by strong wooden battens
At least 1 m of inside end of cable will be reserved for testing.
