(5) After the single-reel optical cable inspection is completed, the sealed packaging of the optical cable end and the optical cable reel packaging should be restored.

(6) Optical fiber connectors should have good repeatability and interchangeability. The length of the pigtail should meet the design requirements and the outer skin should not be damaged. The parameters of the pigtail shall comply with the contract. The wear and tear of the connector shall be in accordance with the contract.


Fiber Optic Cable Laying

(1) The optical cables in the newly built pipelines are protected by hard plastic pipes, and the length of the plastic pipes laid at one time is based on the principle of facilitating the passage of the optical cables.

(2) The bending radius of the optical cable should not be less than 10 times the outer diameter of the optical cable, and not less than 20 times during the construction process

(3) The traction force for laying the optical cable should not exceed 80% of the allowable tension of the optical cable, and the instantaneous maximum traction force should not exceed 100% of the allowable tension of the optical cable. The traction force should be added to the strength member (core) of the optical cable. There should be no twist in the process of laying the optical cable, and it is strictly forbidden to make small circles, surges, and other phenomena.

(4) The laying of the optical cable must be closely organized and commanded by a special person, and there should be good communication means during the pulling process. After the optical cable is laid, check whether the optical fiber is in good condition. The end of the optical cable shall be sealed and moisture-proof, and shall not be immersed in water.

(5) When the optical cable penetrates into the pipeline or the pipeline turns or has a crossover, a guiding device or a horn protection tube should be used, and the outer sheath of the optical cable should not be damaged. Word segment traction.

(6) The optical cable is placed on the specified bracket, and an appropriate margin should be left to prevent the optical cable from being stretched too tightly. The optical cable in the person (hand) hole where the connector is located shall meet the design requirements after reservation. The reserved optical cable should be properly placed in the specified position.

(7) The reservation of the overhead optical cable is reserved at the joint rod, and the poles on both sides are properly reserved, and the reserved length is 15-20m; for the overhead optical cable crossing the river, the remaining 15-20m on both sides of the river with the river width greater than 30m 20m, and 15-20m is left for every 10 pole-stop optical cables in the overhead section. The optical cable crossing the river is left on the adjacent pole of the first pole on the riverbank: the joint should be left on the joint pole, and each joint point should be left with 10m.
